Dear Sweet Kate Bradley,

You just left to go home and Pa and I miss you already! You and Madeline spent the weekend while your mommy and daddy had a weekend away. We had such a good time with you for you are such a precious, good girl! You love to play and you laugh out loud so easy and often.

You are saying so many new words: Pa, Granna, Mademin (for Madeline), basketball, crocodile, light, bottle, ball, good girl, ice cream, mommy, daddy, nose, eyes, baby, pee pie, bye- bye, please, thank you, juice, and so much more. You repeat everything. We got so tickled for when we would ask you if you were ready to go night-night or to bed you would emphatically say NO. You always know what you want and when you want it, and you always let us know.

You still aren’t walking. You could, but you won’t. You will walk all around the house just holding onto one finger with your left hand. When we let go you sit down. You don’t crawl; instead you scoot or bounce on your butt.

You play and play by yourself and you love balls. We think you are so much fun and so adorable and you give us kisses when we ask. We love you, love you, love you!

You ate your first pizza with us Friday night. You couldn’t get enough of it or get it fast enough. Pa thought you might get choked so he removed a little of it from your bulging mouth. You screamed and cried real tears. We now know that you really like pizza!

We are just crazy about you Kate Bradley!

Love,
Granna
